Great touch of the south up in the north! Won’t lie I have only had their brunch, but with how good that gumbo is it has to be good!
🦐 Seafood & Oyster Hotspots
Alley Cat Oyster Bar This is a great spot when I want to feel like I'm on vacation. You're sitting right on the water in the Flats, probably looks cool with this first snow fall!
The Vibe: Upscale but totally relaxed and breezy. It’s the best patio in the city, hands down.
The Deal: Their Mon-Fri (3-6 PM) happy hour is a must. We're talking $2.50 Blue Point Oysters, $13 Mussels and Fries, and this incredible $13 Baked Sushi Rice.
Blue Pointe Grill This is a classic Warehouse District spot that always makes you feel a little fancy. The happy hour here makes a high-end night out feel totally approachable.
The Vibe: Elegant and sophisticated. Think white tablecloths and a big-city feel, perfect for an after-work drink or a date night.
The Deal: Their happy hour (Weekdays 3-6 PM & Sun 4-8 PM) is fantastic. You can get $2 oysters, $3 jumbo shrimp, and their $14 Burger is one of the best in the city.

Cleveland Fun Fact: Did you know the "Polish Boy" is a Cleveland original? It’s not just a sandwich; it’s an entire meal. We’re talking a grilled kielbasa on a bun, piled high with a layer of french fries, a scoop of coleslaw, and a ton of barbecue sauce. It’s messy, delicious, and 100% Cleveland.
🌮 Global Flavors & Daily Deals
BAVO Modern Mexican I’m so glad this spot opened in the Flats! It's a blast of color and flavor, and their lineup of daily deals is a whole week of specials.
The Vibe: Super modern, lively, and fun. Great for a group, with bright decor and an energetic pulse.
The Deal: Where to start? Their daily happy hour (3-6 PM) has half-off guac and salsas, but the all-day deals are the real magic: $3 Tacos on Tuesdays, $12 Nachos on Wednesdays, and $20 Mexican Pizzas on Sundays.
Bourbon Street Barrel Room If you can't make it to New Orleans, this is the next best thing. The food is so authentic and comforting.
The Vibe: Pure New Orleans. It’s eclectic, cozy, and full of character, with a fantastic courtyard.
The Deal: Their Weds-Fri (4:30-7 PM) happy hour is pure comfort food. For $5.95, you can get Hush Puppies or Cajun Fried Okra, and you must try the $8.95 Chicken & Andouille Gumbo.
